When completing the following:
• an inquiry or application form with us;
• any variation, alterations, cancellation or renewal of any insurance and related services; and
• any claims or investigation relating to the services provided.

The basic personal information we may collect from you is information that can identify you, such as:

• copies of identification such as passport, driver's licence, utilities notice, deeds, etc for identification requirements under the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 (AMLA);
• bankruptcy details;
• bank account and credit card account details;
• tax file number;
• asset holding, shareholding entity details; and/or
• any other personal information which we may require to provide the products and services to you.
We may also need personal and financial information in order to supply information on products and services or to help us identify you when you contact us. When we collect this information, Tyndall Insurance Limited will only do so over a secure connection. If you communicate with us via email please be aware that the nature of communication over the web is such that emails may or may not be secure and may pass through several different countries on route to us.
Please be advised that Tyndall Insurance Limited cannot accept responsibility for unauthorised access to your information that is outside our control. We may also obtain information from publicly available sources such or other trusted and accredited third parties that will have authority to pass on your information, however we will always act in accordance with Data Protection.

By submitting data to Tyndall Insurance Limited, you give consent for us to use your sensitive personal data. We will use this data when you apply to use Tyndall Insurance Limited’s platform to carry out a complex credit and finance checking process. b) the right for your information to be removed from the Tyndall Insurance Limited website and any data storage site where Tyndall Insurance Limited deposits this information;
